STSOL) (Note: these 5 occupations are the same 5 occupations marked in
the GSM instrument as only being available for 189/489FS/485).
4) There are 34 occupations on 457/186 MLTSSL which are not available for
GSM at all (i.e. not on GSM MLTSSL or GSM STSOL).
